PRICES: All prices and products listed are subject to change without notice. Innovative Label & Tag, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue any item at any time.MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS: A minimum order of $25.00 is required on all orders. Orders which fall below the minimum will be charged an order processing fee to equal the difference between the actual dollar amount ordered and the $25.00 minimum.
TERMS: VISA - MASTERCARD - DISCOVER/NOVUS. Cash payment terms are net (30) days from shipment date, with prior credit application approval. All items are F.O.B. Innovative Label & Tag, unless specified otherwise. All appropriate local and state taxes, in addition to, shipping charges will be added accordingly. All interest will be assessed at the rate of 1% per month on past due balances. Any credit cards from out of the U.S. will incur a $5.00 surcharge.
SHIPPING POLICY: All "In-Stock" items will ship same day if order is placed by 1:00 PM CST, Monday-Friday (no holidays). Any custom items may take up to 6 weeks depending on manufactures stock. Drop shipments and partial shipments may be required and will be shown on invoice. All product delivery dates are contingent upon fire, strikes, delay of carriers and other delays beyond Innovative Label & Tag's control.
ACCEPTANCE and/or RETURNS: All returns must be pre-approved, in writing, by Innovative Label & Tag for an in-house credit only. 20% restocking fees allplies on all returns. If Buyer has product for (30) days after receipt, that constitutes complete acceptance of that particular product. No returns can be made after (30) days from date of shipment to Buyer. Please call Toll Free 1-866-251-9101 for returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns.
Warranty (Equipment/Supplies): All machines and equipment purchased from Innovative Label & Tag, Inc. are warranted in writing to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for (180) days from receipt. A specific warranty for each machine or equipment is included in shipping carton.
Privacy: Innovative Label & Tag, Inc. works hard to ensure your privacy. We do not sell your personal information (email, address & phone number) to other companies. You will find that no personal information is requested while you surf the site. Once you place an order, Visa or MasterCard require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate your credit card transaction. Your email address is needed to confirm and update you regarding your order.
